Michelle Nguyen

Michelle is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a focus on chronic disease management, weight management, gastrointestinal conditions, food intolerances and neurodivergent nutrition support including selective eating.

She completed a Master of Dietetics at Swinburne University of Technology in 2023 and holds a Bachelor of Food Science (Food Technology and Nutrition) from RMIT University, with experience in the nutrition industry since 2017.

Her work spans both rural and metropolitan settings, including Swan Hill District Health and Monash Health, supporting a broad range of clinical presentations. She has also contributed to community-based health initiatives focused on nutrition education and health promotion.

With lived experience managing pre-diabetes, PCOS and weight-related challenges, Michelle provides practical, personalised nutrition care, including culturally responsive meal planning to support sustainable, long-term outcomes.
